Make sure you extract both the dll and exe to the same directory and do not change the name of the dll. Also, make sure your anti-virus is not blocking the dll from being extracted. This hack still works for me 100%.

I wouldn't trust this one.
This is the only file on mpgh that Avast has ever had a problem with.
