use lolyeah's injector, its the easiest one out there.

if nothing happens when you hit insert you haven't injected it properly. try using perx (google it or search mpgh) and remember in the lower box to select the basic_hax_v1.1.dll (you should have copied this into you mw2 folder) then inject it into iw4mp.dat (typed into top box).

run perx as admin.
check its all as above and automatic injection is on then run game.

DO NOT ALT ESC OUT OF GAME as this may crash the game.

this method has worked well but i always loose my connection to the server after a while. it may have nothing to do with the method or hack.
