[RELEASE-RM] Quinn Presents: Bio-Hazard Scout Set

Hey guys, I haven't released anything in a while....I've actually been trying to release this for about a week now, but for some reason my computer wouldn't let me load MPGH.
What I'm aiming for is to just make scout sets, which are basically a pistol and a sniper rifle.
The selected weapons will change each time, and yes you may suggest which ones I should do next.
for this one, I did the Dragunov and the USP
so here it is, just a little late.

I know the Dragunov is really basic, but I think the USP makes up for it.
Especially if you have a good eye, I put quite a few little details on it.

All your works are always awsome, well i have to say i don't really like the Dragunov(hate it, not ur mod, just the gun) but you really did a great work on the USP LOOKs AWSOME, this should be on the elite section as well, =)

PS: I love the Green.

This is very very subpar for you. Green doesn't fit fps (at least this shade) and the guns just don't look right. It looks rather like a noobs first mod, slapping green over a few parts of the gun and calling it a mod.
