[SOLVED] Getting Back Stat Files After Deleting them?

Hey guys sorry if I've done something wrong, But im not that good at English.

So basically i got in a modded Mw2 server where i got all the titles and emblems after playing.

I deleted all my stat. files and the remote files. Without backing them up because my friend didn't mention that, I opened Mw2 up and my rank got back to level 1 and my titles and embles were all reset.
My friend didn't mention that i had to play more than 2 hours so i just turned off my computer and went to bed but next day i saw that my titles, emblems and my rank got up again... i tried to fix it with all my frustration but nothing i did worked.. I uninstalled, reinstalled but it didn't work either.
Could you guys suggest something helpfully or at least tell me how to get back my stat. files?

Btw. Yes i did many mistakes..
