He is not talking about the new promo code, he is talking about when he create a new account at PlaySpan, he don't receive the give away 100 points for the registration.

OnTopic: First of all, PlaySpan give you a limited times to create an accounts with 100 points, then you will not get them. You can format your PC, and then you can make another new accounts with the given away 100 points.
