I beleive the sat scans are what's properly called "Engine chams" now. However you see he has already found the right strides, numverts, or whatever method he used to pick the right model or texture. Now all that needs to be done is apply a texture to the model.

I don't know rather you've already done it, but depending on your method off model recognition I would recommend hooking SetStreamSource instead of calling GetStreamSource every time which will create a noticeable amount of lag.
