I think he is trying to open the .dll in notepad.

You have to inject it. You can find instructions for that in the thread AVGN posted a link to.

Yea you need to get an injecter thats all, you don't need to open the .dll with anything just insert it into the injecter to inject into the "Engine.exe" of CA and that should be it.
