OMFG! Do you guys not read up on this stuff?! If you actually take time to read through the VAC sections you can report people to "Mods" But MW2 Being on Non VAC Secured Servers Say like CS:S Is Reporting a player won't do anything...

It is not necessary to report cheaters playing on VAC-Secured servers - the VAC system will detect and ban these individuals. We appreciate the intentions by reporting individual players suspected of cheating, however unsolicited reports of cheaters will be discarded.

Previously they specifically said on the VAC Main Page that they do not except player reports. The Main Page has since been updated.

This hack had a good run, it has been undetected since somewhere in February.
All good things come to an end, except texture hacks

there's nothing stopping vac from implementing a screen capture system like punkbuster does, then textures will be detected ;P

I think you need to check your eyes:

4. This hack is designed for a Steam enabled, MW2 for version 1.2.208 + 1.1.195 and no other version.
The reason that this hack will only work for a legit steam version 1.2.208 + 1.1.195 is that when the game gets updated, (from older versions), the location of different values in memory change, these are called offsets. The same applies for private server versions of the game. These different executable's will have different locations that the hacks uses to call upon to gather information for a useful hack.

Yes it is detected, if you still want to use it install Python and run the source file. DO NOT RUN THE EXE OR YOU WILL GET BANNED!
