uhhh any reason why its not installing? maybe a registry error, thats what i had.

it says something is installing already, i even restarted . still same thing

Try rebooting (Hard reboot), and installing one more time. I at first thought it was our teamview connection causing a problem, but apparently I was mistaken.

Try installing 3.0 or 3.5, and if hacks still don't work, try upgrading to 4.0.
