Confused and need help

OK so lets start like this
I was using the mods and guides on here and after 3 days I got Banned, didnt use that vac disabler or so... And ive Read some Threads in which there are guys trying to give tutorials how to unbann Accounts..but I have no Idea If I can use that way and how to start.
Only thing I know is On my steam account there Is"You are permantly Banned".
Is there anyway now to get Unbanned? And can I play Online in another way?

You can't get "unbanned" but you can play with your friends by finding "steam loader" here on the forume or Vac Liberation (google it) and you can play with you friends

Or try alteriwnet

1 more Dumb question.. I didnt have ressurgence and stimulis pack and I read something Dlc1 and 2 is that the map packs? Will I be able to play that with friends??

On alterIWnet? Well.. if you installed alterIWnet right, you have all the maps available on MW2 right now ( so the DLC packs aswell.)

Nice I should have done this and not doing some Dumb Mods Banning me (No Offence against the mod makers)
