Trying to move in menu.

I'm having a problem trying to move in the menu using the arrow keys.
I have to spam the keys and it just makes one step.
Wtf is wrong with my keyboard?

That happened to me before. I solved the problem by exiting Combat Arms, then restarting and reinjecting it. It worked fine after that but I'm not sure if it will work for you as well.
