It doesn’t matter. You can’t even take advantage of 1% of the memory a 64 bit processor can handle.

Windows 8 will not be released soon, they will do 1 year of public beta just like win7 (i was in), and release in 2012 for sure (or later /)
but there is already closed pre-beta running around
