Asakari's Hosting Mod

I made this mod to all the hosts having problems changing client limit. Sv_maxclient is cheat protected to 12 for me, so I made this mod so I could change the limit once I hosted.
There are no advantages given to any players besides the riot shield which is rarely ever used, unless by knifers who wear them on their backs, or people who actually care about their teams (which is even more rare).
There are failed features in this game, but they don't hinder the function of the mod.

Features:
-18 Player cap for game and lobby.

-Lower health for UAV (100)
-2x Faster scan interval for UAV (1 UAV:2sec, 2 UAV:1sec)
-500 XP when killed instead of 50.

-No Fall Damage.
-Nuke does not end the game.

-Riot Shield does not jerk from explosions or bullets.
-Riot Shield gains increased experience from bullets and turrets.

-Blast shield explosive resistance increased further (anti-noobtube measure.)

-Spectating rules changed to allow spectating of opposite team as well as free roam.

-Players can't die of radiation. (Out of bounds is no longer out of bounds)

The post has been updated, also to note that the mod has two thread messages at the beginning of each spawn.

The first message says "NO GRENADE LAUNCHER"
The second message says "Hackers will be reported"

I have those measures to fit my own hosting purposes, but if you want to edit it just go to the _rank.gsc file and edit the first "self thread" lines.

Why do I have to add a movie to something that's basically very close to normal game play? Do I need to demonstrate how you can survive high falls from within the map borders like with commando pro? Something that's already a feature in the game but given to everyone?

Making a video would be pointless.
