README | Regarding posting into Advertisements, Bumped, Virus Threads

Okay, first off, I want to get this point across.

This is a rule extracted from the Codes of Conduct:

Rule17 - If a topic is bumped, or is an advertisement... Do NOT reply to it (it benefits them). Just notify the appropriate moderator/minion and let them delete it.

If you see threads like these, don't be stupid and put:

We're not freaking automated robots, we're human. Tell us the thread by linking it to us VIA VM / PM and not posting bagging on the noob about bumping or whatever has happened in the thread. I've seen it every day of minioning and I never get any VM or PM about the thread, but there are around an estimated 10 replies...
