you need to leave more info if you want help.. what os do you have? 64 or 32 bit? are you running as admin? do you have all the proper .dll's and directX and runtime environment?

I have all the .dll's, proper directX, and enironment. Running Windows 7 64 Bit. I'm able to load the NGKV2 public one...

Well I have the same set up.. I have Win7 Ultimate x64, PerX injector, right click run as admin.. find hack set for auto inject and close after it injects, load CA runs PERFECT.. I have msvcr100.dll msvcr100d.dll latest directX and runtime environment i think it's 4.0 and it runs perfect.. maybe your missing something?
