PhotoShop CS4, yes frame by frame lol.

It was like 67 Frames.

I know, it took me a while to make..

It was frame per frame, Click on 'Make layer visible' Frame it, Unlick then click the next one lol.

Ive got a 150 frame animation it took so long. also it was taking pictures.
so i had to take 150,
then I had to edit it, edit out all the strings.
