how do u hack.

i dont get how u hack with warrock. i downloaded a bunch of hacks. i click teh checkmark buttons. i start up warrock, but it doesnt work. does it have anything to do with that im using vista? can some1 give me a good hack with like nospread, recoil, gps, antikick? all that and tell me how to use it step by step? please? thx!
