I beat black lung 10 times on my first 10 trys on extreme mode the secret is that you have a group of people and you make sure you all have one spot where the zombies come make sure you hold down that spot and when the gates start opening you have to sometimes move around inorder not to be killed and if you havent played black lung THEN YOU WILL BE CRAPPED because likely you will get a bunch of newbies that just want to run all over the place
