[HELP] Graphics Card Fail

Hey guys! I just wanted to know why I still lag HORRIBLY in combat arms even when my graphics card shows this:

I cant seem to ever run that game without lagging HORRIBLY. Could it be my CPU or GPU? Either way, I am gonna get a new graphics card soon and I dont know wether or not it will fit in my tower. If you can find some some sauce on this graphics card:

AKA: How many pins it has, slots it takes up, and the Dimensions, THAT WOULD BE GREAT..

and also: If you could also find me some graphics card that has the same specs but more capability.

Could you post your whole PC rig?

I can't say anything before I know some specs of your PC. Btw, maybe you got virusses on your PC that might slow your PC down, try to scan your PC

my gfx card is worse.

i can play CA, AVA and a bunch of other games.

except for any games that's above 3gb of memory, without it getting choppy.

it's just you're rig, as the guy above me said.

You should be capable of playing Combat Arms. It may be your ISP.

do you know what the clocks are running at??
have you tried to overclock it

open up the drivers
change the core and mem clocks
it will make your gpu hotter though
