If you're planning to buy a new PC sometime soon, then sure, don't clean it, but if you don't want to, then clean it. The easiest way to clean a PC is using that uhm ... I have no friggin' idea how it's named but that's a hose that throws out compressed air and that's very effective.. you can clean out even under your fan without taking it off (which would mean you need to put thermal paste there when putting it back on).
