Someone from IJJI Forums posted a fix:

Go to your Network and Sharing Center
Press Adapter Settings on Windows 7 or "Manage Network Connections" on XP
Right click your connection either Broadband or Wireless and select Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"
Select Use the following DNS Server addresses
1) 208.67.222.222
2) 208.67.220.220

I tried it and it works for me.

Anyways close the thread. Works for me now.
It was working for some people at the beginning of the "hack", now it's working for anyone who follows these steps:
Go to your Network and Sharing Center
Press Adapter Settings on Windows 7 or "Manage Network Connections" on XP
Right click your connection either Broadband or Wireless and select Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"
Select Use the following DNS Server addresses
1) 208.67.222.222
2) 208.67.220.220

And if Reactor is still not working, after you can access ijji's site just
1) Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

2) Open 'hosts' with Notepad*

3) Paste "206.82.212.79 www.ijji.com" without quotations UNDER localhost

4) Reactor should fully work incl. all ijji pages

If this did not work, try pasting "206.82.212.78 forums.ijji.com" without quotations under "206.82.212.79 www.ijji.com"

FOR THOSE WHO STILL CAN'T GET REACTOR TO LOG IN PROPERLY AFTER FOLLOWING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS (AS WAS WITH ME)

The solution is simple. Go to the (game you want to play's) home page (ex: sfront.ijji..., blah) and click Game Start (make sure you're in IE or Firefox). Reactor will then update and fix itself, and whala, rip shit up.
