I think i know the trick on this. I won the pumpkin head this way:
1st Go to Alpha Server
2nd Look when perople are winning things, and when they stop winnin buy 5 hallo crates.
3rd Spin 4 of them and leave 1.
4th Buy 1 crate.
5th Spin the two crates and u should get a perm weapon in the first or second crate.

The trick is u gotta spin on the first visible line and then stop on it.
