Selling AFK Bot Code

Hey guys, I'm willing to sell my version 3.0 AFK Bot code LICENSE. What does license mean? You are able to use the code with full permission from me. It's like owning the code only that:

1. You may not re-sell or publicly distribute the code.
2. You may redistribute in a compiled form as part of your project or just by itself.
3. You may modify the code to make improvements.
4. You do NOT own the copyright for the code.

I'm willing to license for 10$-25$ prices may vary from person to person.

The code is in C# I will be cleaning up the code and putting it in its own project. It will not include any GUI, documentation, or support. Though I will try to help you out if you need any.

I am willing to try to convert to VB.net if buyer is willing to pay conversion cost. (No refund even if I am unable to convert).

I am also willing to sell full ownership (copyright and all) for 100$+. This is the source code for Version 3.0. Meaning I will still have rights to 3.2b and other versions.

~464 Lines (Including GUI code which might be removed)
-9 Bitmap Resources
-2 Forms
-3 Classes (2 Forms and 1 Imaging class)

Any GPL? I don't think u can prevent people from re-sell your codes.
