I want my own domain like: .com/.net and it should be a vBulletin forum.

now i have to build it.

Ok, but making a forum is hard ... and you need a general knowledge mySQL, html, php and other website building knoledge...

well, web hosting is normally paid for, and vBulliten costs quite a lot ( somewhere around $100 ? )

so, get your wallet out!
