he isn´t a hacker.
when u shot him e.g. 50hp and then he escaped with 50 hp
and next time u shot him again 50 hp and u didn´t die between those 2 shots the hp will be added to 100 and u get no kill

incorrect. there would be two records of damage for him in that scenario. the game gives you a different damage record for each life of every enemy, that's why when you kill someone multiple times they show up more than once on your kill record. and it's the same for "non-kill shots" too. i've gotten a 98 dmg on someone and then someone KSed me and then i shot him again in the same life and my record showed "*name* 98" and underneath "*name* 60". good thought but it doesn't hold up

Does bulletproof vest give like more defense to shoot . etc. if bulletproof vest gets more hp then usually when you farm and the target has bulletproof vest you should usually do 120dmg or kinda ?! bulletproof only REDUCES not gives more hp to shoot away.

yea happened to me once i think its just who's bullet hits first. did he die after.
for example when you throw and nade and die, if you kill someone with the gernade it shows up, have you noticed (happened to me in alaska).
did he die after, if not he was hacking.
