Theatre mode will kick ass you can steal peoples frags and record them lol. Best way is cl_avidemo or if you cba to sync the sound after just play it back do sv_cheats 1;host_timescale .25 then record in 50 fps with fraps full size, and in sony vegas ctrl drag the clip as small as it will go and make the audio lock to stretch and there you have it perfect quality high fps awesomeness.

in theater mode mode you can edit clips that the game/xbox itself captures (i'm still not sure about the captures itself part) but i know that there is also a way too upload it directly from the game too youtube (and possible more than that)
