[Request] How to make a mod menu

i was just wondering how to make a Mod menu for this mod i'm making

Ask the menu-man himself. What kind of menu do you need?
First off, I need a few questions answered:
1.) Is it an unlock-all menu? (Challenges, Rank, etc.)
2.) Will it be unique? (Don't do anything that's already been done.)
3.) How big? (Size on screen)
4.) What format? (Scrolling, Dynamic, Fixed)

I'm in with the same problem. Since he's not respondin, for mine yes and mid sized. not covering up whole screen just a small selection, and fixed. I know it's a little late... but any help? Thanks
