It shouldn't be that hard. Whereas designing a professional, simple and flowy that users can naturally (without any instructions what-so-ever) use is.

Lots of testing, evaluation, protoypes, designs, tests, evaluation (and so on) needs to be done to achieve the optimum user interface. :]
