When it's been released you'll have a "Minimum" and a "Recommended" Test I think, just like for other games

This is just a thread to help some folks wich are not sure they can handle Black Ops.
There is a site called Can You Run It? wich installs a small test-program on your computer and checks if you can handle a certain game.

Since I am not allowed to post external links at MPGH, I will just tell you too google Can You Run It? and choose the first link.

Press Black Ops from the dropdown box and press Can You Run It button
