I like the concept and the theme, but the dots that ring around the flames don't look like they quite fit.

brushing , smudge , pen tool , pencil tool , blur tool , dodge for lighting effects , Layer adjustments , lots and lots of layers -about 46 layers (but merged into about 18 layers in the end)- , and 5 free hours xD

@Dots yea i see what u mean Eth and Cons , it need a lil smudging for its parameter i guess for the blending

I don't like it.
The flames don't look realistic, because they don't just point straight upwards or straight sideways. They have multiple 'arms' (in a sense) that go in different ways.

Unless you weren't going for realism.
