Offline Private Match. (NO INTERNET AT ALL)

Well my mom has to be a bitch and take me to her BF house with fucking no wireless internet and he has 1 slot Ethernet cable for the modem (Comcast)
I've looked around alteriw and google for a way to play Mw2 Offline PRIVATE MATCHES. So far Most of them like alteriw said you give it ur ip. How is it offline if it needs a IP given by Internet? Is it possible If so how..

I don't think you can start aIW without your internet..
So you'll have to use the steam version.. (cracked)

Just get the skidrow release and do NOT update it to aIW..

I have it if you mean the MP rip, My mom Laptop, And Can i just re-extract it (Downloaded 2 days ago) and disable updates 1 to 0?

I do not see no SKIDROW release.
