XBOX = GENERIC, NON-UPGRADEABLE.
PC = YOU CAN UPGRADE ALMOST EVERY ASPECT OF THEM. RAM, PROCESSOR, MOTHERBOARD, VIDEO CARD, POWER SUPPLY, VENTILATION, CASE, ETC.

Its a different game engine. You just have to get used to it. They dont want to bloat the game so they probably intentionally notched the graphics.
