I've heard the problem is mainly with the 8500 series of Intel core 2 duo processors. But then again, who knows?

This doesn't do anything for me, like at all. Literally, no even a tad bit of improvement. Was there something specific I had to do?

I ran the program as administrator, clicked the buttons I needed, which included everything but resetting all game settings. Then I opened the game, played it. Nothing changed. Then, I tried to open the game up, go into Windowed Mode then reopen this program and make the adjustments once again, restart the game and start playing. This also didn't make a bit of difference? Is there something that I'm missing here?
