yes it does, one guy modded his RoF of his m16 and i couldnt beat him face to face.

the other team doesnt kick him cause they didnt bother to hear how fast his gun goes.

I guess nexon is making profit, it's all about profit for nexon. they would never spend money to help people that are not going to pay for the game, since the Trainnee guns are good too. learn to play the game and you won't need nx, just don't expect nexon to make it easier for you.
