get your own server (Ranked)or convince someone with one to do this for you
and login to the rcon then use these commands

/rcon setadmindvar scr_tdm_score_suicide 30000
/rcon setadmindvar scr_tdm_score_kill 9999

get 40k xp every time you suicide jump off map grenade ur self rocket ur self etc.

also cash . enjoy. stop paying for it

Could someone setup a server for this?

I'd chip in $8 via Paypal - I don't actually have a credit card so I can't setup the server.

If someone would do it for this community, I'd bet a lot more people would donate money towards the cause.
