    Menus won't open or close

    When I try out any of the menu hacks, such as Scorpoistak's or MrSkafighter's, their menus either start open and won't close or they start closed and won't open, a.k.a. I can't open/close menus on my pc. I am running Windows 7x64 and seem to have this problem on basically all hacks. Thanks for any help you can give.
