no. its always slower. cause after you install, you need to patch/file check anyway.

Holy muda of god. YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER. My computer runs at like 1 fps alot of the time im on my computer and it takes like 3 hours to downlooad combat arms. you just saved me alot of time man. I would thank you like 1000 times if i could but yeah....
