Crash got the right one. Yours is wrong. I can test it if you want me to but i know Crash's worked for me.
DrawPrim is correct.
7FF010 points to that.

ooor you just change the renderstate to make it non blinking... (thanks to Zoomgod i think)
When you draw with D3D it gets drawn over by the engine (in menus too but you wont notice) when you also do calculations and at the same time you draw you get a tiny ammount of lag which is enough for the Engine to draw it over (as i understand)
