Why do you, or don't you smoke marijuana? If you smoke it, do you smoke it because of the feeling you get? To get away? Or do you just simply smoke it because you think you're a badass.

For whom who don't smoke it -
Why don't you smoke it? Do you think it's going to kill you? Why are you so against it.

In this thread, I want you to not only vote in the poll, but also post your reasons to why/why not your reasons for smoking.

Personally, I like to smoke because of the different feelings that I get. I like feeling something different than the old-same thing. I can easily stop smoking marijuana. I haven't sparked one blunt today, and I've got so much good good. I'm not a pothead, a stoner, anything of that, I just simply SMOKE WEED. I don't feen for it. I just enjoy smoking. I could quit in a heartbeat, I just tend not to. On my days that I do smoke, I probably smoke what, three blunts a day? That's nothing. I mean of course, their are times that I smoke a shit load, but that's if I'm with people just having a good time.

So, enough with me, lets hear your thoughts on this subject.

I don't smoke just because I don't really feel like doing so. I've had my experiences with it before, didn't find it as amazing as some people. Don't think its dangerous when you compare it to cigarettes or alcohol. All my friends smoke so I'm used to being around it a lot. Doesn't bother me very much though, shit should be legalized so we can spend money prosecuting real criminals like rapists and child molesters.

I honestly wish everyone just had your same attentions, and just posted a reply like you've done. What did you feel like when you smoked it? You feel outta place? Some people don't like to smoke it because of the feeling it gives them, with the panic attacks and shit like that.

SO many successful people smoke weed, it's insane. For Christ sake, their is Medical Marijuana. Doctors assigning patients marijuana to smoke. I mean, if it was really that bad for you, pretty sure that Medical Marijuana would be nowhere around. I'm just using this as an example, I really don't feel like getting into all of the "damage to your brain" and shit.

Didn't feel anything amazing, just felt really relaxed, listening to music when you're high is pretty sweet. Blasted bass with a subwoofer and that was pretty fucking boss, but other than that I don't have time to be high, got too much shit riding on not getting in trouble over some stupid trivial shit.

I don't smoke. I play tennis and I don't want to mess up my respiratory system. Also, getting high, like getting drunk, can make you do stupid things. Those things are risks that I don't want to take.

Ruin your reputation? Drinking is wayyy worse than smoking marijuana, not to mention you much more prone to making an ass of yourself while drunk than when you're high.

nah, casual smokers like my dad, they smoke after work, and mainly a hour or two before bed.
