Just run the injector as admin.

guyys... INJECT the aiw.dll with WINJECT into IW4MP.DAT , and when u press LAUNCH on WINJECT it will automaticlly start . Press delete to get into the hack IN GAME ....I did all that . but all the values are at 0 . How to change to 1 to start the ESP ?
