No you ripped it. You just hid one of the adjustment layers and didnt crop it. No matter what you say that is a 100% rip.

1. Layer ripping is exactly the same as normal ripping, and you will still be banned.
2. They are the same minus 1 adjustment layer and a crop. If I were to crop off the bottom of yours it'd be the same as BXDs final version minus an adjustment layer.

Stop trying to weasel yourself out of this.

he just changed a some layers like 2 or three

just looked at both images in photoshop you cant smudge the exact same way and add the exact same splatter in the exact same space its just a little taller
