So I am pretty sure I have been keylogged/hacked. Dunno how, but something is up. I noticed it the other day when I glanced at my profile here and current activity was viewing some runescape shit. Kinda got me weirded out so I switched some passwords. Now I wake up this morning with a message from steam saying that my account is logged in elsewhere and I have to reverify.

Sad thing is I have avast! and Super Anti Spyware Pro running. I dont have really anything important on my computer, but still. I dont want to re-format, as I lent my back-up drives to my friend whose computer is dying.

This is true, but I have some games on steam that I like to play regularly, and I dont care to get banned from them for no reason. Ive been switching passwords now, and I keep them written down outside my computer to stop people from stealing it from there.

You need to reformat, theres more at risk than just your steam games.

Not particularly. Most of my stuff that would be considered of value is more protected, and automated so I dont have to type in passwords for them. But I will be looking at a reformat soon.

avast is a really good AV, but keyloggers fall under the spyware category and AV's usually dont do a great job of detecting those anyways. But I just got done with Spybot S&D, and it found an AV override and like 3 other things, so that might have helped, and Super Anti-Spyware is running again. Im about to DBAN my old HDD and reinstall 7 again, and then I will DBAN this one while im on 7.

Also I do act fairly paranoid. I ave avast running live scans, super anti-spyware runs on access as well, and I have AdBlock plus and no script running in my browser. Frankly noscript is starting to aggravate me more than anything, but ill keep it a bit longer. Not to mention now I have Spybot S&D in case I cant find anything.
