Internet switching on and off program?

I heard theres programs to turn ur internet on and off by a click of a button.
Does anyone know any of them? (I have a D-Link wireless ADSL2+ router).

P.S,
A auto-refresher for google chrome/firefox/IE would be cool as well i wanna get more youtube views.

Don't use the modem but dial from your PC? That should allow you to start/stop the internet with a simple click of a button. And for the autofresher just google, tons of autoclickers or auto-f5 bots out there /
