You probably get the error through being a higher level, i think when you get to a certain point you can't buy NX nor can you do $urv3ys..You can only get prepaid cards..

It means that you aren't trusted by Nexon due to previous transactions, etc, or simply being reported.

Well I also tried it on my MSG1 today. Didn't work. It used to work just fine for everyone else in my family who plays nexxxoxxxxxonxoxnxoxnoxnoxnxxon

I used my low rank noob account, it's about 3 levels above recruit, and i can do ******s.

its your nx grade, if your nx grade is high, then they expect you to just buy caards or nx credit, if not working try using a different internet broswer and/or internet connection, like your nieghhbors router.

Try making a new account on a proxy and use the proxy through the ******. Itll work its because your I.P is banned from ******s

The NX could be ONE of the causes. My NX grade is only copper though, I have only bought one 10,000 NX cash prepaid card

That can't be true because if you had to be master sergeant that wouldn't be fair to everyone who plays only maplestory/mabinogi/dungeon fighter/poptag. Not everyone plays combat arms.
