My tips on not being banned:

1. Don't hack.

1- try to avoid kill cams servers
2-observe admins ..look if anyone is online
3-never look trough walls ,look in corners or long distance instead.
4-get the first kill ,sometimes dont have anyone worried about ur cam on the same team.
5-prefer not to use inject.exe files try another elements like java or phyton or even another languages scripts!
6-never do LIKE 60-1 OR 40-5 ..do more like 32-10 45-15 frags ...something to make ppl know u are not in god standart mode!
7-never play with the same NAMES..CHANGE UR NAME FROM 2 H FOR 2 H HOURS.
8-dont go inside CLA servers that are with cla members in top of the frag list ..let them hack themlselves ..cheaters trollers clans dont like hackers ...
9-stay focus and trow grenades , put claymore etc etc ..not only firing ! play normal dude
10-try to camp ...maybe camping is not cheating
11-avoid play with ppl that talks too much ..they often like to say ...ur a re cheater by ur frag ...leave server they create some expectation of others players into yourself!
12-try to enter in servers not in midnight ..more likely in morning or afternoon inside ur own country time ..these time almost kids play..d they are dumb about flagging options!
13-dont be a troller or flammer, be just a GHOST ..u were never there , u dont know anyone, u have no friends ..u are a BLACK OPS
14- at least try to advoid getting higher status in servers ..TRYARC looks for these in their status! the most easy way to get banned is changed ur prestige 4 times in one day!

VAC is an automated service that detects running processes in the background or processes messing with the core game files. You cannot report to VAC. Treyarch doesn't have time to ban 4000 kiddies a day.

Treyach has more important things to be doing besides manually banning hackers or people with dick emblems.

Its easy enough to ban people with offensive emblems, as you just have to look at a picture.

But finding evidence that every skilled player reported is a hacker, is wasted time, when they have VAC to do it automatically.

The "HACKER I REPORT U" threat is just something 12 year old CSS kiddies made up to make skilled people leave the server they play on. Mostly without success unless the accused person is full retard.
