Oh, lol, no, Cinema has a preloaded plugin for this, I believe.

Yeah cinema can do some really cool stuff. Especially with animations.

This must have taken quite a while then, Haha
I like how abstact your stuff is too. I really enjoyed the Bokeh and lens flare you threw in as well
But to me, the splines in the bottom right(ish) planes seem a little stretched out. Just a thought
