Why can't people join my server?

Hi everyone. I have started a dedicated server but when I give people my server IP they cant join it. I use the rcon tool and everything is connected but still nothing. Any advice?

portforward the servers port, and its quite odd, because i hosted a 1 on 1 p match with my mate and some random noob came joining our game i waz like wtf how he get in, and he said server waz on server browser, so how is this possible, i thought u got to pay to host a server onto the server browser

Refresh/make sure the ports are

[King-Orgy]

if you want that your server is open for everyone you need to open

UDP : 28960

if you has mods and peoples needs to download them open TCP : 28960 as well

check from your router or what else you use the config
