Black Ops Camoflauge?

Okay for people who had played COD4 you know that when you apply a camo its covers most of the gun making it look nice and now in black ops the camo looks like its old,torn and faded?well how can I make it cover the gun and make it it look 'NEW' without scratches and fading etc..
I also know how to make custom camos with photo shop,crc32,and hex edit.
Any ideas/help and im i allowed to do this without gettign banned.

Currently, modding guns and camos isnt really possible. Something about the way that they made them.

As for the scratches, thats just part of the game and you have to live with it.
