to me the lines are kinda solid... a little lower opacity might help but overall good looking sig.
a few things like blending would could be improved some but i guess ur getting better.

Though i agree, lower the opacity on the scanlines dramatically. Also try and see if you can clean up abit of that render, it looks as if you just feathered out random parts but it doesnt actually blend with the sig, you could try changing the background to match the orange-ish colour of the render or make the render light blue-ish. Also i think it could do with a simple 1 pixel stroke around the outside.

Don't use scanlines. Scanlines rarely look good.

Also, try and focus your sig more on the render. Like don't make some amazing background and then throw yous signature on there with a few smudge effects or whatever. Try and base the flow of your background on the render. I always start with my render just so I have an idea of where and how I want things to go. Also, I would start getting used to borders. Most sigs look good with them but not as many look good without them. Borders give it that professional finish.

The warm and cool colors don't go well together here some people make it work and you're not one of them you need to work more on your comp the c4ds are just there make them fit in more
