Flashing Brights

Alright so i drive a lil VW and I think my headlights are up too high because whenever I drive around at night with my brights off I get flashed like every other car. I always flash them back and then they shut em off and then I hope they feel like a dumbass. I tend to never flash people because 1. I don't want them to freak out and swerve into a head-on collision with me and 2. I just don't wanna look like a douche. When I flash people I want it to be like a helpful flash and not a turn off your brights asshole.

Also I need some road rage help

Let's say that I'm driving to my house and I get stuck behind a guy goin 45. I go around him and he turns on his brights just to piss me off. Idk why cuz he was the one goin 45. At this point I wanna road rage him back but what can i do? I thought that I'd go really slow in front of him for a while or wait to go to a stop sign and (hopefully there is snow on the ground) fling a bunch o shit on his windshield with a BadA peelout. What do you think i should do
